PROJECT TEAM.

   A project team is a team whose members usually belong to different groups, functions and are assigned to activities for the same project. A team can be divided into sub-teams according to need. Usually project teams are only used for a defined period of time. They are disbanded after the project is deemed complete. Due to the nature of the specific formation and disbandment, project teams are usually in organizations.

    But what is really a project team? It´s formed by some people that know very well what they are doing and that are headed by a project manager who is responsable for the successful outcome of the project. His job is very important because he must also form and educate team members and teach them how to do what is needed when they don´t know.

    Actually a project team can be very successful with a responsable management in the office. The project team carry a huge responsability upon it´s shoulders : the success or the failure of the project. It´s members are the one who practically execute the project, who give reports to the project manager, who make changes and corrections when needed. Each member of this team has his own task, which represents a part of the whole project. So it´s important that everyone respects what he must do so the final result is a good one.

   Un equipo de proyecto es un equipo cuyos miembros suelen pertenecer a grupos diferentes y funciones, donde se les asignan actividades para el mismo proyecto. Un equipo puede ser dividido en sub-equipos según las necesidades. Por lo general, los equipos de proyecto sólo se utilizan durante un período de tiempo determinado. Se disuelven después de que el proyecto se considerará completo. Debido a la naturaleza de la formación específica y la disolución, los equipos de proyecto son por lo general en las organizaciones. En realidad un equipo de proyecto puede ser muy exitoso con una gestión responsable en la oficina.
